How is Personal Information Collected?
There are two primary ways in which P3 Systems acquires information about our customers. The first method is by a technique we call background information. We at P3 Systems take extreme pride in keeping our customers’ personal information safe and secure. We do not sell or rent personal information to other business entities or firms. There are two situations in which P3 Systems would disclose personal information about our customers. Those two indicators are:
1). Legal Requirement
Situations may arise in which P3 Systems may be required by law to disclose information about our customers. P3 Systems is in compliance with all federal and state laws, and will always act in accordance with our governing body.
2). Customer Service Enhancement
P3 Systems may share information with companies that help to deliver our products and services to our customers. As an example to this statement, P3 Systems will sometimes provide customer address and contact information to third party couriers such as FedEx or UPS, in order to help schedule product deliveries and pickups.
Subscriptions at P3 Systems
As a customer of P3 Systems, you have the opportunity to various services that we provide in order to help enhance the overall customer experience. Some examples would be creating an account used to buy, sell, and use products, or joining our email blast. As a customer, you have the right to cancel or unsubscribe from these services at any time. We aim for 100 percent customer satisfaction, and do not penalize individuals for choosing to no longer use our services offered.
